These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AICals mobile application, website at aicalspro.com, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

AI Cals Pro is an AI-powered nutrition tracking application that provides:

• Barcode scanning and access to our 2.8M+ global product database
• BMI and body fat percentage calculator with photo tracking
• Integration with standard Health Apps (Apple Health and Android Health)

• Personalized health recommendations
• Recipe database and meal planning tools
• Progress tracking and analytics

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RushRoot, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit through the Services

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where RushRoot, LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that each party retains the right to seek injunctive relief in court.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RushRoot, LLC regarding the Services.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
